Hard at work and having fun in Semester 1
This year has already been a hive of activity! Here are some pictures for you to see what we have been up too! We have also included some poetry that the children have completed.
Helping each other with the editing process.
Learning about the Periodic Table. We were all inspired after a lesson about what gases our atmosphere consists of!
To extend our understanding of static electricity, we made atoms out of plasticine. We made neutrons, electrons and protons and then used our models to discuss how static electricity works.
Using the Angles kit to help learn about the different types of angles.
Above: On this day we had fun learning about Square Numbers. We used the Montessori Materials to help us understand this maths concept.
