Picnic 2007
Plenty Valley Montessori School families joined for some fun at Birrarrong Park on Sunday February 25th. The sun shone but it was a pleasantly cooler day with some cloud breaks and temps around 25C until the intense Australian sun beat down harder in the arvo.
Bikes, footies, rollerblades, frisbies and kites were the order of the day. (This was one advantage of holding the picnic at a public park, a great bike path and so much space for the children to play). No one went hungry. Grace braved a face full of smoke while being the only one game enough to start a BBQ. Flies were kept to a minimum! (possibly due to the lack of grilling meat?) Another example of Plenty valley Montessori School community relaxing and having fun together.
